New Anthology

A Firefighter's Dream

His poem 'A Firefighter's Dream' was delivered at a ceremony in Battery Park when a team of Australian and US firefighters arrived there on 9th Anniversary of 9/11, having completed a 30 day run from LA to NY. He then recited it for the New York Fire Department at their Ground Zero memorial at dusk.
Rupert Pays Tribute to Cup 150

Rupert was commissioned by the VRC to pay poetical tribute to the historic 150th running of the Melbourne Cup in 2010. His poem 'The Cup' will appear in a new anthology he plans to publish in 2011

THE AUST GRAND PRIX – ‘The Beauty of Speed’ as performed with full orchestra backing at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne for the 25th anniversary of the race 2009
BACKYARD CRICKET – ‘A Land of Backyard Cricketers’ as recited at the Allan Border Medal Dinner 2001
JOCK MCHALE – ‘The Legend Jock McHale’ as recited at his induction to the AFL Hall of Fame 2005
QUEENSLAND – ‘Q150’ a tribute to 150 Queensland icons recited at the Premier’s official launch in the state’s 150th birthday celebrations
